D2PRO – Terms of Service
The D2PRO application (“App”) provides information and materials related to the game Dota 2, obtained from public and official sources. By using the App or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The App is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation.
1.2. All materials are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be complete or error-free.
1.3. Access to and use of the App is voluntary and provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
2. Subscription
2.1. A subscription is optional. You can use the App for free without purchasing a subscription.
2.2. A subscription may grant access to additional features or content, where such functionality is available.
2.3. All subscription payments are processed by Apple via your Apple ID, not directly by the developer.
2.4. All refunds are handled exclusively through Apple. If you experience an issue with a subscription or are dissatisfied with it, you may request a refund via the App Store, subject to Apple’s refund policies.
2.5. The developer is not responsible if the subscription content does not meet the user’s expectations, provided that the App functions as described.
2.6. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1. All trademarks, hero names, images, logos, artwork and any other elements related to Dota 2 are the property of Valve Corporation and/or its licensors.
3.2. The App does not claim any ownership rights over Dota 2 or related intellectual property.
3.3. All in-game data and materials shown in the App are obtained from official and publicly available sources where possible.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
4.1. The App is provided without any warranties of accuracy, reliability, stability or up-to-dateness of the data.
4.2. The developer is not liable for any errors in the data, technical malfunctions, unavailability of external sources, or any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the App.
4.3. You acknowledge and accept that you use the App and any information it provides at your own risk.
5. Changes to the Terms
5.1. These Terms may be updated or modified from time to time without prior notice.
5.2. Continued use of the App after updates to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
